I was so blessed last year to meet this amazing couple. The love and chemistry Kelly & Phil share is just magical.

How they met: Kelly & Phil met online, and had a instant connection. Lovers of traveling, and NYC, they had their first date in NYC and the rest is history.

How he asked: Phil proposed down at the shore. A plane flew over the bay with the sign saying “Kelly, will you marry me?” All of their family and friends surprised them and celebrated the night away.

The wedding day: They had their beautiful summer wedding at the Mallard Island Yacht Club in Manahawkin in July, and it was MAGICAL! Mallard Island Yacht Club is a luxurious venue located at the infamous LBI. Rows of beautiful beach houses in the distance, the ocean, the seagulls. It is a magical place in general and an even more magical place to get married.

I loved working at the Mallard Island Yacht Club. It is a beautiful Yacht club right on the water. The stunning building has the most beautiful view, landscaped with lush florals, and has the most adorable stone chapel that is on a dock going out on the water. The venue also has the most STUNNING bridal “suite”.

They spent their wedding day with their closest family and friends getting ready. After getting ready, they shared an intimate first look right on the dock on the water. After their first look, we ventured around the property for their portraits- and Mallard does not let down!

The stone chapel was decorated with the most STUNNING florals. Florals hanging from the mantel paired well with the light colored wood of the chapel, with the light flooding in from the big windows. It was BEAUTIFUL!

It was SUCH an amazing day while these love birds had their special day with their wonderful family & friends!

Congrats to the new couple! It was such an honor to be there with capturing the memories!
